After a switch to remote work, horizontal communication of coworkers has become more complicated and managers have noted a decreased level of control. According to Dmitry Arefiev, head of Business Processes Automation department at Digital Design, it is natural that after these consequences customers have had a stronger demand of BPM systems to preserve company standards and operational processes.
In 2020, two key trends are process systems intellectualization and low-code platforms implementation. It helps to involve new users to development and support process. Such platforms don’t expect users to have deep programming skills and help to create new solutions.
