The State Chancellery of Georgia needed to streamline documentation preparation and processing throughout the document lifecycle. The fundamental purpose of the project was a transition towards paperless collaboration within the Governmental Body.
Documentation preparation processes were automated for the meetings held by the State Chancellery of Georgia. Therefore, the solution provided paperless interaction while preparing and conducting meetings.
As part of the Government’s meeting management system, Digital Design specialists designed the system’s architecture and interface, organized personal workspaces for Ministers on the web portal, and automated basic document processing procedures.
As a result, 100 people were using the system which supported three interface languages: Georgian, Russian, and English.
