Digital Design was invited to present case at the monthly SharePoint User Group Finland seminar, organized in Helsinki 16 of June. The event provides meeting place for all level specialists from developers to architects, project managers and consultants, interested in SharePoint technology and corporate portals development.

SharePoint User Group Finland is Group in LinkedIn community, aimed at sharing experience about SharePoint technology and provide networking in the area between different level experts in Finland. This month meeting of the group was dedicated to observing new opportunities provided by released SharePoint 2010 version.

During first presentation SharePoint 2010 user experience and design issues were discussed, especially in comparison with SharePoint 2007 version. Then views on SharePoint 2010 and Business intelligence were presented. Finally, Digital Design Business Development manager Dr. Olga Gordeyeva told about case «Internet and Intranet portals based on MS SharePoint 2007 maintenance, further development and roll-outs for Finnish comprehensive materials services provider», based on experience of projects for one of Difital Design Finnish customers.

Next meeting of SharePoint User Group Finland is planned on 08 of September and Digital Design is going to organize it in Helsinki.
