Extensive training opportunities are provided by the Microsoft Authorized Technical Education Center which is owned and operated by Digital Design.

Digital Design has demonstrated solid revenue and profit growth since beginning of 2000s. 2008 revenue made up Euro 16 mln. showing 51, 3% increase compared to 2007. Digital Design funds itself from its own capital. We don't have credits or debts.
Sustainability is achieved through diversified business model and customer portfolio. A wide range of business units helps us achieve balance between highly profitable and not-so-profitable but strategically important service offerings. Diversified customer portfolio makes us less vulnerable to economic slowdowns in specific industries. We serve different-sized companies (very large accounts like Russian Railways and a good deal of SMBs) from different regions (Russia, Western Europe, America) and verticals (Construction, IT & Telecom, Retail & Distribution etc.). Our financial stability is also guaranteed through long-term cooperation with public authorities that are more resistant to crisis determined budget restrictions.
Innovation process in place
Digital Design managers are convinced that a growing value must be attributed to new market offerings. That's why a procedure regulating innovation process in Digital Design had been developed. The Innovation Policy sets financial mechanisms that motivate Digital Design employees to come up with innovative ideas. It envisages how to select the most viable ideas, develop them and launch as new market offerings. This procedure is based on Blue Ocean strategy described by W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne in a similarly named book.
